We offer you the right to return your product within 60 days of receiving your product. To receive full credit on your purchase the products need to be in original condition and in an unbroken packaging.
You as a customer are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the products back to us. Therefore we advise to send the products with a traceable package. Your order will be refunded as soon as your products have arrived at our warehouse. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on how to return your goods.
Our non-refundable items include:
- Kitchen fronts
- Cover panels
The above mentioned products are produced on demand in a customer-specific manner, therefore we only offer replacement products in the case of faulty or damaged products.
Credit card returns
After we have received the products and confirmed its condition, your return will be processed to the same Credit or Debit Card used to place your order. A confirmation will be sent after the refund has been processed. Refund times will depend on the Credit/Debit Card Company's policies.
In the rare case of receiving a faulty or damaged good we will send you a replacement product. In this case, please document the damaged or erroneous product and contact us at email@example.com and we will help you.
