  1. What do we store and how do we use it?

De Lukk AB collects customer user data in order to deliver a seamless and safe service for customers. We collect data by three reasons.

  1. To be able to complete purchases
  2. Through contact with our customer relations team
  3. Through our loyalty program.


This data may include your name, delivery and billing address, email address, contact numbers and specific purchase details. Please see attachment 1 for detailed information about the information gathered.


In addition to data collection, when you browse our websites, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to transfer information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. This is not connected to any personal information.


Our web sites use cookies in order to make it functional.

The information collected when placing an order is based on legal requirements.
